Built for the stage. Found through search.

StagePlot Pro started with a problem I knew from live production: getting a clear stage plot and input list into the right hands. We built a tool people could use before their next show. Then people started finding it.

The starting point

A specific problem. A useful first build.

I spend a lot of time around live events. A stage plot is one of those small documents that matters much more than its size suggests. Where does everyone stand? What needs a microphone? Which inputs go where?

StagePlot Pro began as a weekend experiment. I shared it in a Facebook group for stage plots and input lists, and signups started coming in. That was a useful signal: there was an audience for a tool that made this job easier.

Fusion Interactive took that starting point and kept building around the production workflow. The canvas matters. So does everything you need to hand over when the plot is finished.

The product

From stage layout to a usable handoff.

01 / PLAN THE STAGE

Build the picture.

Drag instruments, people, and equipment onto the stage. Work from a template or start with a blank canvas. Arrange the show in a way the whole production team can understand.

02 / CONNECT THE DETAILS

Keep the inputs together.

Build the input list alongside the plot, assign channels, and plan monitor mixes. The visual layout and technical information live in the same project.

03 / HAND IT OVER

Get ready for the show.

Export a branded PDF, share the plot, or prepare supported console files. AI-assisted X32/M32 scene preparation gives the engineer a starting point to review and refine.

Real product usage

People are making things with it.

By September 6, StagePlot Pro had 1,611 accounts, with 471 joining in the previous 30 days. The backend recorded 2,146 user-created plots and 7,679 exports.

Of those accounts, 1,252 had created a plot. That is 77.7% of registered accounts taking the core product action. In the last 30 days alone, users generated 1,634 exports.

The part I care about: people are getting from an idea on a stage to something they can hand to a crew.

Organic discovery

More of the right people are finding it.

The product solves something people already search for: stage plots, input lists, and preparation for a live show. We built the public site around those jobs, with clear product explanations and examples.

What this shows

Good software starts close to the problem.

StagePlot Pro brings together the work we do at Fusion: understanding a real workflow, building the product, making it easy to use, and helping the right people discover it.

Owning the product means we keep seeing what happens after launch. We can watch how people use it, hear what they need, and improve the next version with that evidence.

A few useful answers

About the build.

What is StagePlot Pro?

StagePlot Pro is browser-based stage plot software for bands, sound engineers, venues, and production teams. You can lay out a stage, build an input list, plan monitor mixes, and export production documents from one project.

Who built StagePlot Pro?

Fusion Interactive built and operates StagePlot Pro as one of our own software projects. Arthur Kerekes started it as a weekend experiment informed by his experience running live events and production.

What growth has StagePlot Pro achieved?

As of September 6, 2026, the backend recorded 1,611 accounts, including 471 new accounts in the previous 30 days. Google Search Console recorded 1,568 clicks from August 8 to September 4, up 38.1% from 1,135 in the preceding 28 days.

How does the AI console preparation work?

StagePlot Pro can generate an X32/M32 scene starting point from the stage plot and input list, including channel processing and monitor settings. It also supports channel CSV preparation for supported Yamaha and Allen & Heath consoles. The engineer reviews the preparation and adjusts it for the actual room, system, and show.

Can Fusion build a software product for my industry?

Yes. We build custom software around a specific workflow, from the first useful version through interface design, integrations, and ongoing development. StagePlot Pro is one example of taking a problem we understand and turning it into a focused product.
