We typically structure payments in milestones: 30% upfront to begin work, 40% at the midpoint after you review progress, and 30% upon delivery and approval. For Enterprise engagements, we offer flexible terms including monthly billing.

How long does a typical project take?

Starter projects typically take 2-4 weeks. Professional projects run 4-8 weeks. Enterprise engagements vary based on scope but usually run 8-16 weeks for the initial build, with ongoing optimization after that.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

Scope changes happen -- we get it. Minor adjustments are absorbed within the project budget. For significant scope changes, we provide a clear change order with updated timeline and cost before proceeding. No surprises.

Are there ongoing costs after the project is delivered?

The initial project is a one-time cost. Ongoing costs are optional: maintenance packages (monitoring, updates, support) start at $500/month, and model retraining packages are available for AI systems that need regular updates. Many clients operate independently after the support window ends.
